Free health insurance counseling and assistance for Medicare beneficiaries of all ages. It is a state program administered by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs in partnership with elder service agencies, social service agencies and Councils on Aging. It is partially funded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
